Faculty Chamber Players: World Premiere of Jennifer Higdon's Horn Trio

View mapMSU Denver presents a two-day celebration of Pulitzer Prize and Grammy Award winning composer Jennifer Higdon, featuring an all-Higdon chamber program performed by MSU Denver faculty, distinguished guests, and the composer in attendance.
On January 25, Higdon will speak with students about her career, sharing insight into sustaining an authentic artistic voice while navigating today’s world of commissions and premieres.
The celebration continues on January 26 with the MSU Denver Faculty Chamber Players recital, an evening devoted entirely to Higdon’s chamber music compositions. The program concludes with the world premiere of her Horn Trio and an introductory talk by the composer.
An exceptional lineup of MSU Denver faculty and guest artists will showcase the depth and color of Higdon’s chamber music, performed by:
