Hunt for Hidden Glass Orbs During Homecoming

This Homecoming, there’s treasure hidden across campus—and if you find it, you keep it.

From Monday, Sept. 14 through Saturday, Sept. 19, join the Homecoming Hunt, a campus-wide scavenger hunt for one-of-a-kind glass orbs handcrafted by Purcell Glass. Two hunts will launch each day—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—with clues leading participants to a hidden orb somewhere on campus.

The hunt takes place in Roadrunner Connect, an app developed by MSU Denver students to create new ways for Roadrunners to connect with campus and one another. Download it free from the Apple App Store or Google Play to access:

• Clues and riddles that lead to each hiding spot
• An interactive campus map that heats up as you get closer to the orb
• An in-app chat to follow the hunt with other Roadrunners
• A way for the finder to claim the orb, upload a victory photo—and keep their prize

There are 12 handcrafted glass orbs hidden throughout Homecoming week. Will you find one?

Download Roadrunner Connect on Google Play or the Apple App Store. Then watch for the first clue Sept. 14 and get hunting!
