Housing affordability is a challenge in the Denver area, and MSU Denver is exploring whether future housing options could better support employees. We want to hear directly from faculty and staff members about your housing needs, priorities and the perceived value of workforce-housing options on or near campus.  

This early-stage assessment aims to understand potential demand for workforce housing, which is designed to help employees live near their workplace at a price point aligned with their earnings, particularly in high-cost markets such as Denver.  

As you may have heard, AHEC is planning a workforce-housing development next to Summit House, MSU Denver’s residence hall now under construction on the northside of campus. Your input will help us understand whether access to such housing can better support employee recruitment, retention and wellbeing.
